Facilities management: maintenance and repair

When we arrive on site we will do our best to complete a repair on our first visit. If this is not possible before we leave we will understand the next step and communicate it to those who need to know.

Planned Preventative Maintenance

Our experience suggests that the most cost effective way to manage the maintenance of your buildings is to carry out planned maintenance at regular intervals.

The service intervals will depend on what the item of plant is, the manufacturer and its application.  There are also legal obligations to carry out certain routines and it is important to understand your statutory responsibilities if you own or manage a building or buildings.

In fact, planned preventative maintenance is proven to reduce total annual maintenance spend.

Reactive Maintenance

It is important to be able to have reactive maintenance carried out in an efficient and timely manner, to ensure the smooth day to day running of your business with minimal downtime and disruption.

We work with a network of approved sub-contractors nationwide to ensure that emergency calls are dealt with quickly.  We aim to have a qualified engineer to site within 3 hours of receiving your call.

Day to Day Management of your buildings

We appreciate the time required to ensure the day to day management of buildings.  With this in mind we can offer you site presence at your site.  Our caretakers will ensure day to day maintenance of your buildings can be carried out without causing you a headache.
