Commercial catering kitchens require regular maintenance for both their appliances and ventilation.  Domec’s engineers not only receive their mandatory Gas Safe training but also regularly attend courses with manufacturers such as Rational and Falcon.

Our team regularly get called to fix problems where others have failed!  We won’t give up when we find a problem.

Installation

Recent changes in the way that we monitor air-quality in kitchens has left some commercial kitchens falling below standards.  Air quality is measured using hand-held gas analysers and leaves few options for kitchens with gas appliances and inadequate ventilation.  Domec have partnered with a reputable sheet metal  fabricator and we regularly design, supply and fit new canopies for commercial kitchens.

We also supply and fit (including commissioning) of appliances including range cookers, combination ovens, fryers, serveries and the whole range of appliances.
